Notification for Foreign Customers

DELIVERY

Our shipping method is UPS.
Shipment fee will be charged differently depending on the shipping country and the ordered items' size and weight.
Delivery time may range from 3 to 7 business days. This calculation excludes public holidays and the logistics partner's non-working days.
Please take into consideration that some products may take additional time for delivery and processing. 


ORDER

You will not be able to cancel your order if it has already arranged for shipment. 

Please note that you can only cancel your order before 9:00am in Korean time when the shipment work hasn't started yet.


EXCHANGE & RETURN

If you would like to request an exchange or refund, please leave post below to Q&A board within 7 days after you received.

- Order Number / Name

- Reason and description of exchange or refund

* If you have received the damaged / wrong / faulty product, add photo that can clearly show the evidence.

- Tracking number and Shipping company (with an image)


* All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging including boxes and dustbags.

* We don't issue the return label except for faulty items, please kindly use your own way to return the parcel to us. 

* It takes 5 to 7 business days to issue a refund for a returned or cancelled order after pickup.
